Hi, I would like to know how does the packing pack the Zen Patch? As I get over-charged shipping from Shopee using Pos Laju. We follow the measurement as provided by Axis but we get over-charged from Shopee. Can you please send me the screen shot photo of the packaging in order for us to claim back the shipping over-charged from Shopee. Zen Patch is a very light item but we get charged for RM7 when it should be around RM4.60- RM5.80. We need screen shot of the photo to claim back over-charged from Shopee. Thank you. -Yoelyn-
