Enquiry regarding how to fill in the description correctly

1）Hi i am a new reseller, i am doing bulk upload on my first product in Shopee, below items do not have expiry date, would you please provide? Thank you. Mak Nyonya HALAL Instant Portuguese Style Steamed Fish Sauce 200g | Fry & Grill Fish | Perencah Ikan Kukus Portuguese 2）Those ingredients i found at the website but the ingredients column do have enough space to fit in all ingredients, what should i do? For example Rendang sauce ingredients: Onion, Lemongrass, Chilli, Spices, Ginger, Sugar, Galangal, Salt and Edible Oil (Palm oil). But the ingredients column can only fit until sugar, the rest are gone 3）As for the Quantity column, i just fill in 10, is that ok? 4）Pack Size is 200g is that correct?
