Would like to know why the same products shipping on the same day but with different shipping cost

Would like to know why the same products shipping on the same day but are charged with different shipping cost!

Hi Chin,

The weight of the consignment is 2kg for both shipment. Attached the screenshot of the price list with weight for your reference.

The shipment price appear on the system is not the final rate, it will take few hours for it to updated once the UPS system is updated.
