TR154459-Receive incomplete items.

Customer order 2 unit of Oxygenizer 500mL - Oxygenated Drinking Water (12 Bottles) but he only get 1 box. As per checking in my shipment submission i submit correct too.Can you please check CCTV whether ship 1 or 2 box.

yes but for TR154459 - 2cts, buyer claim that he only receive one box.

As per our conversation on whatsapp last friday, attached the photo sent by you saying that the customer already receive 2 cts.
