COMPLAINT FROM CUSTOMER REGARDING AUSTRALIAN BOTANICAL SOAP IS DENTED
Hi Axis, i received a complaint from customer saying he bought 4 pcs of soap and 1 pcs of soap is dented and opened which is not properly sealed. Hence, he is requesting for refund and being difficult at the moment. I will need immediate respond on this problem. Below attached his shipping details and proof of the dented product

Since u had promise your customer for the refund and your customer want the refund, u may ask your customer to return the product, and our side will check with the supplier and if they accept then we will issue the credit note back to u.
Keep follow with your customer on the return as understand from u that your customer had click "Order Receivied"
