Unable to submit shipment

Hi, I am unable to submit shipment order, Customer bought Zenxin noodle but i could not find this brand at select product so i clicked Other. When i click confirm there is an error as attached stated that i did not insert product details but i already inserted all. Kindly advise. Thank you.

For Zen Xin noodle is under "Simple Natural". I had attached a screenshot for your reference.
