URGENT ISSUE- WHY eBay deduct my fund!

URGENT URGENT URGENT Please reply i NEED HELP My eBay account was suspended last week, but i got one order and i was told to proceed the shipment. Yesterday i saw the message from eBay said this shipment got case and ebay decided to refund to customer without me even replying yet. USD149++fees deducted. And My previous 2 orders still show on hold in my Paypal account. Can you help me to appeal this case? Attached the screenshot.

I believe that our support team had assist to submit an appeal to eBay Customer support, during the weekend.

and u had done re-appeal by directly engage with ebay customer live agent Last Monday.
