appeal case - i need to appeal again how?

the appeal case replied is closed, without any changes, they charged me fees and also deducted my fund. i still have 1169usd on hold, can you help me to talk to ebay real person contact, my case is injustice i must appeal. see below screenshots of the case reply, fund deducted, fund on hold, fees charges. How to appeal How to contact eBay Real Person? I believe Axis said that you are partner with eBay can you talk to ebay Support real person support, please?

Understand that u had appeal and on your side, u may appeal again on the appeal case which had been closed, by following the same way u did last Saturday.

On the existing fund in Paypal , kindly monitor on your side as it may take 21 days upon order completion for PalPal to receive the fund.

Our side is liaise with ebay Malaysia on your account suspension and escalate this issue to them as well.
