Unable to upload file in Lazada

Hi, i am unable to do bulk upload file in Lazada. I found out that all files which are bigger than 1MB cannot be uploaded. I have seek advise from Lazada customer service but they could not solve this issue. They asked me to check after 72 hours, asked me to use another browser and also clear caches, i have done all but still fail to upload the file. Is it possible to resize the bulk upload file to less than 1MB just like Shopee bulk upload file?

There is a new update from LAzada on the policy ,wise on bulk upload file on the template.

Our team is working on update the Lazada bulk upload file in Axis Google Drive due to this changes and it will be ready soon.
