Halo, it is still show "being processed" at 11:32am..... system doesn't show "completed" like other shipment order submitted this morning.

Cut off time is at 12noon, but your system still show the same status .... "being processed" at 2pm now. may i know what is wrong with the shipment????


there is no email notification received for this shipment today...... why shipment not processed completely and ship out??
