My EBay - 2 cases still not yet resolved

case 1. ebay block//suspend my ebay account for no reason - has Axis contact ebay partner regarding this, it's been a month and i have not received any email or message from ebay, my ebay account still block case 2. ebay refund to customer -but i send the product to the address as per stated on ebay order details, and parcel been delivered. i appeal two times and still no respond from ebay. What should i do next can AXIS help me on this please please please? i need to know how and what to do next? ebay has charged me 102, now bill me for RM529.17 i need to understand what's this charges and why this occurred? i need a reply from AXIS!!! We believe that the support team had replied,

Case 1: The account is happened about 2 weeks ago and we are still follow up with Ebay Malaysia for the next action. We will update u the status as soon as we got the updates.

Case 2: Kindly follow up with ebay customer team live agent today after 9pm. Continue follow up every 2 days until u get response from ebay and fight until the case solved. Thats the only way to do it.
