My EBay - 2 cases still not yet resolved

support from whatapp only tell me to chat with ebay agent, i did one appeal, i did one chat last week, and i did one chat today. attached the chat reply from the ebay agent. which in summary, case is close, they have no idea, and they won't reveal because it is closed. they told me to report to local polis, and to file a claim with carrier company, and to contact buyer on my own. Can you let me know have you contacted Your Ebay Partner in Singapore or in Malaysia for my case? Please let me know what i must do next? thank you, lavandar 0123913923

While on your side, continue to chat with eBay customer service live agent, to follow up on this matter. So, we can work both way as well.

Important point to highlight to ebay love agent:

1) You and send out the parcel and delivered as per Customer checkout address
2) Along the process, did not receive any message from buyer on the request to change address,
