You mean your Lazada order have 4 soups? I just checked on our record, u had submitted a shipment on 5 September and there is one product which is Australian Botanical Soup - Sea Salt.
I had attached the shipment screenshot below for your reference.
Would u mind to share that shipment u submitted for 4 soups?

I am very sure I keyed in 4 soaps in the order. I attach the order details which I saw in the Lazada Seller apps that all 4 items are delivered. Pls assist to send the remaining 3 soaps to customer ASAP. Tq

In order to clarify your issue, kindly go to memberv2 system, click on shipment history. Click on the date (5th September) and share us the screenshot of your shipment history as the proof that u had submitted shipment with 4 soups.
The photo u shared is on your lazada account. Not on the memberV2 shipment u submitted.
