Shopee charged high shipping fee on seller

Hi please refer to the attached picture, may i know why shopee charged the shipping fee so high as i only apply for RM15 free shipping fee programme and also RM1 follow prize minimum basket size RM30. Shopee should only charged me 6% of the selling price. As for the 20% cashback, it was created by Shopee itself. My product selling price is RM30, and after deduction i only get back RM17+, kindly advise. Thanks

There are 2 possibility :

1) Kindly check back the dimension and weight that u key in for this listing. If the weight and dimension u key in is as per Axis pricelist / bulkfile. Then probably is reason no 2 below

2) the courier overcharged
