Shopee charged high shipping fee on seller

Hi, please refer to the attached picture. Kindly advise why the shipping fee was charged higher than it's usual rate. I only applied for RM15 free shipping fee and also RM1 follow prize. The 20% cashback was created by Shopee itself. My selling price was RM30 but after deduction i only get back RM17+. Please advise. Thank you.

There are 2 possibility :

1) Kindly check back the dimension and weight that u key in for this listing. If the weight and dimension u key in is as per Axis pricelist / bulkfile. Then probably is reason no 2 below

2) the courier overcharged
