ebay suspended issues NOT YET RESOLVE

Hi Please don't close the ticket when the issues are NOT RESOVLED. I have email to support@axis.asia, and forwarded the emails i received from eBay, but no one responded, so i guess i have to open another ticket, and please DON"T CLOSE the ticket without resolving the issues. i'm really really upset, i'm sorry i have to be honest here, i can't sleep and can't work properly ... it's been 9 months since i join AXIS and i am having so many issues.
