Shopee International Platform (SG)

Hi i found out that Shopee International Platform bought my product, and the buyer is from Singapore. May i know is this mean that i have Singaopre buyer? Kindly refer to the attachment. Address i just follow Shopee International Platform? customer name Ashokkumar? how about phone number? 60355453789 or 6582986165? Kindly advise, thanks

Yes, your customer is from Singapore. Shopee International Platform (SIP) is a feature that allows sellers to sell across different country / region through the support given by Shopee Malaysia.

Seller will be able to sell through Shopee regional platform to other regions as per below:
Once overseas buyers place an order, seller will be informed and will need to send the item to Shopee Malaysia Warehouse.
Once parcel arrives at Shopee Malaysia Warehouse, the parcel will be processed by Shopee to be sent overseas to the buyer's location.

Therefore any oversea buyer, the parcel will sent to Shopee warehouse first (which is the address above), then from Shopee warehouse, Shopee will arrange the delivery to your Singapore buyer.

Your receipient is Shopee Internaltional Platform. U can refer to the airway billl that u generated.
The receiptient details there u just copy and paste in memberV2 when u submit for shipment. TQ

Hi sorry Bryan one more thing, should i put any remark at shipment remark when i submit shipment at member v2? For example: [SG Buyer remark: ] [SG Buyer name: Ashokkumar] [SG Buyer phone: 6582986165] [SG Order SN: 210930KWVEBXT4] or just leave it blank? Thank you
