May I know have u uploaded your personal details document to Lazada for verification purpose ?

As if account is not verified by Lazada yet, you are not able to create listing.

yes, I already upload my personal document detail before and verification is done.

and before that, I already upload some bulk files and even sell off 2 item products.

You can go to the Google drive and download again for the above mentioned Lazada bulk upload file, as due to the latest update policy in LAzada, our team has updated the bulk upload file to comply the latest requirement last 2 weeks.

thanks for helping up all these bulks files problems, my side still have 3 brands that are unable to upload which is,

Asian meal, revuele, thymos shield, for thymos shield is empty files in the folder .
