MDA License Details for PIC Blood Pressure Monitor & Ear Thermometer

In line with Lazada’s commitment to be a platform that adheres to the laws and regulations of Malaysia, all Medical Devices sold by our partners and Sellers are required to adhere and comply with Medical Device Act 2012 and all regulations and orders made thereunder. Please be reminded that all the medical devices products (e.g. pulse oximeter, thermometer, blood pressure monitor etc.) listed and sold in Malaysia must be registered with Medical Device Authority (MDA) pursuant to Medical Device Act 2012. MDA may take enforcement action against any partners or sellers who fail to comply with Medical Device Act 2012 and all regulations and orders made thereunder. In addition, you are encouraged to provide us with the product registration number issued by MDA for all the medical device products listed on our Platform. This will help us understand the medical device product registration status and provide a quick response to MDA when MDA enquires the same. This will also minimize or avoid any inconvenience you may suffer from the temporary suspension of listings pending investigation. A summary of the process is as follows: All you need is to input the medical device product registration number in the ‘Product License’ attribute under the Specification section when you are listing the product. ********************* Please help to provide the Product License of MDA as per Lazada requirement and a copy of the said certificate to be included into Lazada listing from now on.
