Unable to upload Earth Batch 3 & Respokare & Nutravita

Hi, I am unable to edit, or delete anything for unpublished items in shopee after i do the mass upload. Shopee agent told me to clear cache or use other browser and log in after 4 hours but i still unable to do anything. Kindly let me know whether others reseller are facing the same problems or just me. Kindly advise. Please refer to the attached error. Thank you.
