Confirmation needed for Shopee Campaign

I found that Shopee deducted 50% of total sales price to customer. It's under a campaign - Go-eCommerce Onboarding Campaign. I am experience a loss under this campaign. I don't remember the detail of this campaign. If I am not mistaken Shopee will reimburse the short fall. Since Axis has experience in Shopee, I just like to confirm is this the campaign that Shopee will reimburse the short fall. I like to know how to apply to Shopee for reimbursement. Thank you.
