TR161822- Receive incomplete Items

Instead of one stack of small deal & big deals cards,customer receive two big deals of cards.Also,one of the purple plastic thing is broken.Please see attached picture from customer.Please send the replacement(small deals cards & the purple thing with "ESBI" words)At the same time, kindly check the other cashflow to avoid same thing happen.
