Hi Axis, customer has purchase 18 box of organic but received 17 box only. the parcel box have no damage can you please guide?

As oer our whatsapp conversation, we had check with the team, we shipped out 18 boxes. Most likely it is missing during custom clearance.
Give us 1 day time, as the team are discussing on this matter. Will get back to you again.
