Fund withdrawal from Amazon Canada via WorldFirst yet to receive in local account more than 10 days

Hi, This is to notify Axis that I've made a fund withdrawal request from my Amazon Canada account via WorldFirst since 24/Nov, and still yet to receive the fund until today, 7/Dec. Latest 7/Dec ~5pm : WorldFirst (WF) acknowledged that there are some foreign currency transfer into MYR been experiencing delays. WF has to check with their bank, and pending feedback. Action needed on Axis : Pls escalate this issue (and other related issues on transferring foreign currency into MYR) to WF, and appreciate Axis actions to advise the reseller community on the best way forward, ie change to Payoneer until WF had resolve the issue. Background 24/Nov - request for withdrawal, trx ID 2191001051Z15758423. Transferring CAD 2,515.05 (@3.2690) => MYR 8,221.70 2/Dec - E-mail WF , to inform the fund had not been received in my local bank account 2/Dec - WF replied that the fund been transferred. 6/Dec - Another e-mail to WF, coz the fund still not shown up in my local bank account. 7/Dec - Escalated to Barry of WF. And received Jingqin.Huang@worldfirst.com replied as attached below.
