Pls help to activate CAD account / currency on my Payoneer

Hi Bryan and team, Would appreciate your advise on the steps and procedures to activate CAD account / currency on my existing Payoneer account, and updating my Amazon Canada pay out account to Payoneer instead of WorldFirst.
