Dear Axis Support Team, My customer DHL shipment sent on 30 Nov 2021 until now still not yet receive and he is complaining now. Based on DHL Express Tracking Status showed " Shipment On-Hold". Could you help me check why it happen and expedite this shipment? Please refer to the attached files for the shipment details. Looking forward your respond urgently. Thank you.

Noted for your shipment, afrer checked the DHL tracking log, the delivery is attempted on 7 DEc 2021 but no response from consignee. Below is the tracking.
