TR169382-Half of the items is missing for cashflow 101

customer discovered that the game is missing all the rats, cheese and token and tokens (figures)... plus there is a small damage in the middle of the board. Pictures attached. Please resolve this issue and kindly ensure all cashflow 101 has no issue to prevent same thing happen as this issue happen frequently.
