Hi, I have submitted this order on Sunday (24/Apr/2022) and up till today this shipment still pending in Shopee system and not updated as shipped. I would like to request the following information to report missing parcel and claim compensation from DHL/Shopee if Axis indeed already drop-off the parcel. 1) Shipping manifest (proof of shipment) 2) Parcel was drop-off at which DHL branch (time, date) 3) Video footage in AXIS warehouse (this parcel was already pack and ready) if any this would be helpful Appreciate if you can provide the above information in order for me to file compensation from DHL/Shopee. Thank you.
