Errors occur during submission order

Hi, I have screen shots the Steps during my submission of order and found this SKU Australian Botanical Soap (Charcoal) kept on capture as another SKU under Tupperware Eco Bottle Flip Top 1L - Blue & Red which I did not key-in at all. When check Shipment History it kept on appearing as wrong SKU. Please help. I will delete all the submission of my orders as I'm afraid the Shipping Dept might ship out wrong order to customer.
