order placed but no tracking code, shopee auto cancelled, and customer agree to re order

1. I place order on 14/12/22 for the one order to send to shopee customer. 2. until 19/12, the shipment did not show any tracking code, contacted support, was told parcel has been taken but then not found. 3. 19/12 at my shopee show late shipment and auto cancelled by shopee system due to fail to ship. 4. I asked support, she suggested to contact customer to re-order, and offer a free gift, so I explained to customer, and customer agreed to re-order 5. Customer order on 20/12, but i make several attempt to contact axis support, no answer no reply I need to know - should i cancel the previous order (which no tracking found) and submit a new one? thanks Lavandar 0123913923
