What does the terms related to 11.11 campaign mean?

Dear AXIS Team, Reference is made to my question posted to you on 20.10 .2020 on the term laid by Lazada after click on the button of joining 11.11 campaign. Please advise 1. what does "All deals submitted by Sellers must be at the lowest price within the last 60 days. " mean? and 2. NCP mean? Regards Sephine

Answer:
It is to be fair to every seller in this 11:11 campaign. This mean you cannot increase the price of the products when you join this 11:11 campaign, because this will violate the rules of the campaign.

For example, if your product A selling price is RM100 for the past 2 months/60 days. You need to sell product A for RM100 as well in 11:11 campaign. You cannot simply change the price & sell product A RM80/ RM120 in 11:11 campaign.

2. NCP mean?

Answer:

There is always a guideline that every seller need to follow. Here is the NCP rules that you need to follow. Kindly take a look at the visual regarding to NCP. You can join this 11:11 campaign by clicking “Agree” in the attachment u sent.

Let's quote my current scenario, I am selling Tanamera Soap at RM21 after discounted from RM 29.90. If I were to join 11.11 Campaign, Lazada will take RM 21 as base price minus the campaign std discount says 2% to 3% and this discount will set in automatically, isn't it? Hence, my S/P during 11.11 is RM 21 - 2% (says this is Laz std discount for the said campaign) = RM 20.58. Pls confirm

Yes, Lazada will take RM21 as base price because this is the minimum price that you are selling for the last 60 days before joining 11.11 campaign, not RM29.90. Hope this clarify your question.

Fyi, I checked my product price in the current e-bazaar campaign today, the campaign shows the price before discount is 29.90 and not 21.

Lazada showed my original escalated price -- RM 49.90 and not my last 60 days price 29.90, my current promo price is RM 29 for ebazar campaign.

Besides, I am trying to recall can I increase my price in Shopee, then discount the price for 11.11 campaign ya? Is Shopee as strict as Lazada? All these while, I did not escalate my shopee price but only one price. Kindly advise!

1. Could you capture the E-bazaar campaign details of this Tanamera Soap & details of this soap in inventory active listing? for my further clarification to assist you.

2. Lazada & Shopee have their own selling rules & policy and it is mandatory for us to follow if not we will violate the policy. So, you cannot increase price in Shopee and discount the price for 11.11 campaign in this case.
