Every seller will receive the invitation from Lazada. But you are required to check your seller level before you join the campaign.

How to check:
1. Check Lazada Seller Center > Promotion > Campaign > Mega/A Campaign > Platform Campaign/ Flash sale/ Crazy Deal/ Exclusive Prmotions etc

2. You are able to join campaign when there is “Join” button.

Yes Serena, Lazada have informed me my eligibility to participate in the campaign. Lazada has also contacted me this morning and coached me step by step to join the campaign this morning. Meanwhile, I am doing the campaign, I would like to request your team to answer my question thru whatssap or phone call if I need your assistance as the deadline is on 24th Oct, this saturday. I can't afford to submit Ticket and wait for your reply due to time constraint and urgency of the submission.

1. e-Bazar is a one month campaign starting from 26 October till 26 Nov 2020 which crashes with 11.11 campaign. How does it affect the prices of the products if we join two campaign ebazar and 11.11 at the same time? How do we position our prices?
2. Do I need to pay commission to Lazada for the product sales?
3. Is there any additional cost/ fees incurred?

1. Since you're still a new store in Lazada, if your focus is on brand/store awareness and to draw traffic to your store, 2 campaigns will be encouraged. However, prices of the products will be deducted twice (given if it's the same product) & both campaigns, you have gain sales. In terms of positioning your price, both having a competitive prices and profit for your store is important, but prices will be subjected to the campaign categories (in %).

2. There is no extra commission to Lazada. As a normal, for every transaction of product sales will have same 2% charges which is 2.12% (Commission +SST)

3. There is no additional cost/fees.

Yes, I was informed by Lazada there is no commission charged for e-bazar Selangor campaign.

2) 11.11 Campaign 2020
As per our conversation on 23.10.2020, just to reconfirm that is there a commission charged by lazada for the coming 11.11 campaign besides the payment gateway fees of 2.12%?

1) There is no extra charges for Lazada & Shopee. The 2.12% (commission + SST) is a normal transaction fees for every products that sold.
Answering to your question, Yes, every transaction of product sales will have same 2% charges which is 2.12% (Commission +SST). This charge is refer to "Payment Gateway fees" in our product price list.

Just when you join other program like "Free Shipping Program" then you will be charged of extra % which is 4%.

2) As said in statement 1 above, payment gateway fees of 2.12% is a normal transaction which every seller will be charged if seller successfully sell product. So in 11.11 campaign if you successfully sell product during 11.11 then u will be charged of a 2.12% too. It is a normal transaction.


2) Hence, there is no extra commission charged by lazada for the coming 11.11 campaign besides the payment gateway fees 2.12% . Hope this clarify your question.
