Does Lazada charge me on Free shipping voucher initiated by Lazada

Hi AXIS Team, Lazada has given free shipping voucher automatically to my customers who purchased my products as shown in the attachment. My question is does Lazada charge me on the free shipping cost laz offered to my customer? This has bother me as I have received orders. Regards sephine

Dear Sephine,

Normally when seller is using Lazada/Shopee logistics, the cost of free shipping will be bear by Lazada/Shopee.

But in another case, when seller offer free shipping to customer on their own, seller will need to pay for the free shipping cost.

Hence, it depends on the case.
