How do we complete fulfillment in eBay?
Dear AXIS Team, Can you please forward eBay fulfillment/ shipment guide for processing order? What I have is only on how to complete the shipment arrangement in AXIS system but not on eBay website once receiving the order. Thanks and Regards, Sephine

Dear Sephine,
Regarding to eBay fulfillment/ shipment guide for processing order, here is the step if you receive eBay order :
1. You will receive a notification if customer ordered products in your eBay.
2. Go to eBay Seller Hub
3. You will be able to see the order is waiting for the seller to process.
4. You can view customer’s details, purchased product, product order number.
5. Login to Axis system & fill in the details, products of customer in Axis system
6. Axis will process the shipment arrangment
7. Done

The above ebay message referred, we only view new order details at eBay? Don't need to submit or complete the order and take it to shipment? What about input invoice no and etc?

Dear Sephine,
Yes, you will receive eBay notification if you received new order & view order details in eBay. You can click into "Order" in eBay when you receive order. Then you can see all the details of customer. Next you just need to login to Axis system to fill details of customer (products purchased, hp number, address..) then Axis help you to process shipment. There is no input invoice for eBay ya. For eBay, you need to fill in details of customer in our Axis system will do.

Noted, only fill in AXIS system, then how does the order shown in eBay ? Is it taken ito next column such as shipped & etc... since we did not do anything in eBay only view

Dear Sephine,
When Axis shipped out the parcel, Axis will automatically update the tracking number of the parcel in Axis system. You may check the tracking number in Axis system in the evening after Axis shipped parcel in the morning/afternoon.
Then you need update the tracking number in eBay for your customer to track the parcel.

Dear AXIS
Fyi, It was not few sessions but only one session coaching when I received my first order in Shopee and what happened to last week was to fix to problem occurred in Shopee after I have completed the submission in AXIS in the absence of the link/written guide forwarded upon my request after 1st session.
Besides, I have never asked for order submission coaching for lazada bcoz JS has provided the note during our training.

Furthermore, I did not ask for the question about order processing in my earlier message but just to reconfirm if the update of tracking number required in Shopee or not. However, I do appreciate your patience and professional advice which we are expecting from our commitment.

The above message referred, Is it mandatary to update the tracking number in eBay after complete the order submission to AXIS?
