What is the procedure for shipping my own product?

Dear AXIS If I were to sell my own products via eBay and Amazon using AXIS shipment, what is the procedure and arrangement? Likewise, if it happens to lazada and shopee? What is the arrangement? Regards Trendzy

Axis do logisctic fulfillment for Axis products but Axis do not provide service of pick & pack for reseller’s own product. This is the step that you can do :

When you receive order (own products) via Ebay, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, you need to pack nicely for the products that sold yourself. Then you need to send the parcel to Axis as Axis do not provide pick & pack service as mentioned above.

After that, we will help you to do the shipment process. You can submit the order (own product order) from eBay, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee in Axis system under “Own Shipment” column.

There is no extra charges on this shipment But we do charge you the shipping cost based on the shipping rate. You can know the shipping rate under “Shipping Rate” column our Axis system too.

Kindly be aware that Axis will check the type of products before we process reseller’s own product order to prevent any misconduct product.

1. For local market, Lazada & Shopee, it is better to use their logistics because you are required to choose shipping fee when you do listing. You need to enable at least one shipping option in Shopee if not you can upload the product.

Can we place 5 to 10 products in your warehouse to facilitate the shipment arrangement?

1. what is ebay research tools that you recommend such as Amazon is using AMZScout and Hellium 10
2. Unlike Amazon, eBay do not really have fulfillment like FBA, isn't it?
3. For product sourcing, can I source some new products via Alibaba and sell in Amazon, eBay, Lazada and shopee via MCH logistic arrangement? Meaning, order from Alibaba suppliers, ship the products to Malaysia and we will pack and sell in local market and eBay in US market thru MCH logistic by AXIS?

4. What are the sources for product sourcing besides Alibaba? Have you heard about Global Source?

1. We do not provide warehouse service to facilitate your own shipment.
2. Both AMZScout and Helium10 are great tools for product research. You can refer to their official site to find our the pricing and its pros and cons.
3. You can source any of your own products based on your own preferences. For now, we do not collaborate with other 3rd party logictic. Our supported logistic for global shipment are DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Aramex. For local, we have Poslaju, J&T, NinjaVan and DHL eCommerce. You can utilizes any Axis shipment services and different charges applies.
4. There are several product sourcing platform such as 1688, Taobao, and global source, You may google for product sourcing platforms.

1. Meaning to say we got to drop off our parcel upon every order received, is it?
2. Just to recap your meaning in no. 2. Are you saying that same research tools : Hellium 10 & AMZScout can apply to eBay? I thought eBay has different algorithm ? correct me if I am wrong.
3. Can we order product from Alibaba and ship to Malaysia, then resend to US for eBay and Amazon's orders? Please advise the wiser way to do this business ya?
