Enquiries regarding listing of product
Good day Axis, Previously i was informed my customer support that a few listed item is out of stock for example 1. Apacs Stern 33 x2 (BUY 1 FREE 1) 2. Yonex Racket + Apacs Badminton Racker (BUY 1 FREE 1) Both of the item i was told it is out of stock but i believe i still see like this two listing being sold by other sellers. I was wondering is this item is only available for axis stuff as in worker who works in axis only. Cause i wanna know becasue for yonex racket bundle i actually receiving a lot of views and wishlist visitor. So suddenly not able to list this particular item is kinda sad for me. Because it is potential item to turn into conversion item for me. Please update me regarding this , is there any possibilities that axis wil restock this item soon? Thanks

Hi Daniel,
As mentioned in our whatsapp reply, the slayer 777 is in low stock quantity, same goes to Yonex Voltric. That is why we recommend members to end the listing temporary till further notice of the restock.
We understand the concern and the potentials of the products therefore we immediately restock the said items. Due to current CMCO, replenishment will take longer time, possibly around a month time.
We truly appreciate your kind understanding on the situation.

Besides, for phytoscience. Are we eligible to sell one pack ? Bcos i also saw people selling one pack instead of bundle. By seling one pack i think i can attract more sales rather than 1- 2 order or even no order per month for my shopee account

For your question, no, we do not sell single pack due to the low profit of single pack compare to bundle, and
yes, indeed they're members selling single just to attract traffic without profit. They usually buy in bulk and do own packing and shipment.
Still, we recommend members to sell by referring to the default pricelist to maximize the profitability and shipping.
