Guide on store decoration

Dear AXIS May you guide me thru on the store decoration for Lazada and eBay. I have read thru the shopee note that you forwarded before and I find it very confusing and don't know where to start. For Shopee, I have done the basic step by uploading some photos and simple description at the seller profile. Where do I first begin for store decoration? Kindly advise Regards sephine

First of all, Lazada, Shopee store decoration require few main things:
i. Banner
ii. 4-5 pictures to let seller to put in store for customer to view
iii. A short introduction about your store (eg. What’s the type of product that you sell)

1. Banner - what is inside the Banner? Can be any pictures reflect my store's branding or product pictures?
2. Picture- any pictures or images that reflect my store brand characteristics or story telling is it?

1. Yes banner can be any picture reflect your store’s branding, product. You can design the banner according to your desire. 1 banner will do.
Eg. Kindly refer to attachment (banner)

2. Yes, 4-5 pictures that reflects your store branding, products. These picture will be shown in your store in “Carousel” which means the pictures will be slide itself. Like rotating picture.

1. If I put products in the Banner, I will have to update from time to time because products may obsolete and new popular products will keep coming out
2. Your attached Carousel is not able to open, can you reattach again

It is just an example ms, But in order to create the picturre, it will still depends on your creativity & your effort to beautify your own store. For the carousel attachment, kindlly refer to your email.

I just realized that the above ebay store decoration guide provided by you doesn't states the steps of where in ebay to go to and it looks very blurry on the picture also.
1. where do I locate "build your store link" and where to upload billboard images to in the ebay? I can't locate. Pls provide proper guide

In order to do store decoration, you need to do from basic which is edit your profile. Click on your name, then you will need to add in logo, edit your profile, banner, cover photo. Kindly refer to the attachment.

If this is the way, then I have completed my store decoration earlier but your store decoration guide sent in the above has guided me in different way, that's why created confusion. Your guide asked to click on "build your store link" which I was not able to locate. What about billboard images cited in the guide? Can I follow the guide?
Attached herewith my store deco for your checking, please advise if I miss out anything? Where do I upload images/ Carousel? what "Item for sales" for?

Good to see that your store is complete. :) You can start selling by listing products.

Yes, you can change you store username. Steps:
1. My eBay ( right corner)
2. Summary
3. Account
4. Personal Information
5. Username (Change store name here)

Left Top corner you name LIM LEE KIAN, This one you are not able to change it.

Thanks for yr guide. Indeed I have updated my profile & username more than one mth ago on my own initiative. My question is can I use store name as username?
Please help to answer all questions which some was left out.

Yes, you can change your username to your store name. FYI, you can only change your username once every 30 days.

because there is no visit store though

You have already completed Basic Store decoration. In order to do additional store decoration like where to click on "built your store link", "visit store" you need to Subscribe Starter Package ONLY you are able to do it.

Answer: You may refresh the page and check it again. It might takes times to get approve.

Q1. What is your recommendation for Face Sun Block/ screen for local market, only for face?
Answer: Miyo sunscreen. Yes, Miyo sunscreen is recommended to apply on face. You can refer back to Miyo folder in Axis local market folder.


Q2. What is your recommendation for Hydration Toner for local market?
Answer: Miyo Toner. You can refer back to Miyo folder in Axis local market folder.

Q3. What is your recommendation for body cream for local market?

1. We do have Revuele toner but Revuele toner hasn't launch yet. You may list Miyo toner first as per your request. For sunblock, we have Miyo brand for now.
